This Privacy Policy describes the information processed when you visit ArchiveFarm (https://www.archivefarm.net). The website is intended for adults only. ArchiveFarm currently has no public user accounts, visitor uploads, or advertising integrations.

An age-declaration screen is presented on the home page and video pages. Visitors must declare that they are at least 18, or older where local law requires, before viewing site content. This self-declaration does not verify identity or age. The website may store the declaration in browser storage to avoid repeated prompts.
3. Data and local preferences
The website may store age-declaration status, favorites, recently opened videos, and interface preferences in your browser using localStorage. These preferences are generally held on your device and can be cleared through browser settings. The site does not currently create visitor profiles or offer registration.
4. Infrastructure and analytics
Bunny.net is used for website delivery and video hosting/streaming. Its systems may process IP addresses, request information and other technical data needed to deliver and secure content. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to measure aggregate site traffic and performance. Providers process information according to their own terms and privacy notices. Opening an embedded Bunny video may involve a connection to Bunny services.
5. Advertising
ArchiveFarm does not currently display advertisements or use TrafficStars advertising services. If advertising or advertising-related tracking is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before activation.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information to answer requests, review reports, handle rights complaints, and maintain records where reasonably necessary.
